Jointly organised by the HKTDC and the Hong Kong SAR Government, the Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference (ALMC) is the largest event of its kind in Asia drawing over 1,700 business leaders from more than 20 countries and regions this year. It brings together logistics services providers and users, including manufacturers, traders and distributors, to exchange market intelligence and explore business opportunities in the region. CAS has joined as one of the exhibitors and met with lots of passionate and professional distributors and traders in logistics industry, who are potentially interested in CASL products and services.
“Supply chains are the lifeblood of Hong Kong; a city that connects East and West, North and South; a city that links global businesses with the vast Chinese mainland market and economies throughout Asia,” Ms Margaret Fong, Executive Director of the HKTDC, said. She indicated that Hong Kong’s efficient and reliable air and sea ports, combined with a strategic location in the heart of East Asia, made the city a key player in regional trade and logistics.
